Shipping & Refund Policy

Online orders are processed within 2-4 weeks.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package please contact the carrier for help. We are not able to provide additional insight on packages once they are en route.


We are unable to accommodate order change requests once you’ve placed your order. This includes cancellations, adding items, removing items, replacing items, changes on shipping preferences, and combining multiple orders.

Refunds will be honored only when the product received is damaged or the wrong item is received. In these cases, please send us photos of the product, the packaging, as well as the packing slip. We do not need the damaged item returned. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product for a refund. Please note that we reserve the right to decline refunds for any reason.
