Every morning, I wake up to do my Morning Ritual. It consists of prayer, journaling all that I am grateful for and writing my intentions for the day by responding to 4 questions:

  • How do I want to feel today?
  • Who do I want to be today?
  • What do I want to receive today?
  • What do I want to give the world today?

I then meditate for a minimum of 20 minutes. Prayer and meditation go hand in hand. Prayer is a conversation with God, the Universe, Spirit, your Higher Power. Meditation is the practice of being still so you can hear God speak back. Magical outcomes will follow if you carve out time each morning to do your own form of a morning ritual. Even 5 minutes of meditation before you go out into the world can change the landscape of your day. Create the life you love by taking control of how you experience it.
