After receiving a divine download to change the course of her family’s life, Amanda embarked into unknown territory, home schooling her son for a year and traveling across the world while weaving education into the adventure. It was also revealed that her family was meant to move to a community surrounded by nature and return to a simpler way of living – one free of rigid schedules and structure. It would take a year of faithfully following the breadcrumbs that the Universe would leave for her and her husband, but eventually they settled on land within the forest of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Nestled inside of fern-covered hills, she would experience a rebirth of sorts, learning about the healing power of Mother Nature while creating an enchanting homestead for her family. Forest of the Ferns Botanicals & Gardens was born and so began the call from the Universe for Amanda to create a flower essences collection from her land and to offer alignment coaching services to those ready for an up-level.
Through her coaching, flower essences company, and podcast, Amanda seeks to lift the veil on perceived limitations, help dissolve illusions and cultural conditioning, illuminate the power of plant and energy medicine, and inspire others to create a pleasure-filled life.
Alignment Coaching & Flower Essences
Fueled by finding resonance from within, Amanda teaches how to radically reclaim your power and sovereignty through the art of embodiment, while abandoning ideologies that keep you shackled and small. Her work is focused on embracing your inner knowing and creating the life you dream of.
Amanda advocates getting back into our bodies and immersing ourselves in nature, so that we may operate from a place of clarity, empowerment, and inspiration. Paired with her bioenergetic flower essence creations, coaching sessions are supported by Amanda’s line of natural elixirs, mists, and serums made lovingly by hand on her property Forest of the Ferns. Each flower essence enhances outcomes of the coaching experience while supporting clients with the natural intelligence of the earth.
